Arizona Petrified Wood

This is genuine Arizona petrified wood.
The two piece set
weighs approximately 1/2 pound or more.
Groundwater
percolating through sand picked up silica minerals and deposited them as
quartz within the cell spaces and cavities of dead trees. Over long ages,
the trees eventually were converted to stone replicas of the original
living plants. Great for paper weights, gifts, or
display specimens!
